1. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Production Engineering from a recognised University or Institute and
2. Two years of working experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of design or production or Maintenance of Engineering equipment or system from a recognised organisation.

How to Apply for Indian Navy Chargman Recruitment 2019?
(A) Candidates need to apply online using www.joinindiannavy.gov.in >> Join Navy >> Ways to join >> Citizen >> Chargeman (Mech) and Chargeman (Emman and Explosive) Prior to the online application form, applicants are advised to read and download the online information guidelines with instructions for filling the online application form.
(B) The applicant should have the necessary criteria and educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement. Similarly, the candidates who have passed from a recognized Board I Institute, who have 'Grade Point' system, need to convert their Grade Point into the percentage of points by the appropriate officers before applying them.
(C) Applicants do not want to send an application form or copy of any document in this office. However, candidates will have to take printout of their application for their personal records. Despite not being required to issue a print advertisement of the ADMIT card, which is completely unsuccessful, it is to see.
(D) If the candidate makes a mistake in filling the online application form, then it can not be corrected by the Indian Navy. The Indian Navy will not take any kind of responsibility for such forms.
(() Applicants will have to ensure that while filling their application, they are providing their valid and active e-mail ID and mobile number as they are required to contact them at various stages of the Indian Navy recruitment process. No changes will be made to the e-mail id once it is registered. The non receipt of Indian Navy email or their e-mail ID pass D will not be responsible for the loss.
(F) The candidates are requested to remember the passwords given by them during registration as they are important for further login.
(G) Candidates are strongly advised in their own interest that they should apply online before the closing date and deposit the fee to avoid the possibility of inability to disable the inability / inability to login to the account on the Internet. Do not wait until the last date of Connectivity problems or website overload.
(H) Applicants should not submit multiple applications for the same post. However, due to any inevitable circumstances, if any applicant presents many applications, then I have to ensure that the application with a higher registration number is completed in all respects, which will be considered.
(i) Candidates will be required to indicate their choice for posting in order of preference. This will not affect their ability. This information will be used to determine the location of the posting by the Indian Navy, which is possible with respect to qualified candidates.
(J) Before proceeding to fill the online application, please keep a scan copy of the following documents (preferably JPEG / PDF format): -
(i) Passport size color photograph with light background (preferably white) without covering / interrupting the face and eyes The size of the photograph should be between 20 kb and 50 kb.
(ii) The signature of the candidate should be on a plain white paper with black ink. The signature should not be digitized. With this pen, the copy of your own signature should be scanned on paper. The size of the signature document should be between 10 Kb and 20 Kb.
(iii) A copy of the candidate's caste / EWS certificate on application against the reserved post.
(iv) A copy of the candidate's birth certificate / matriculation / SSC certificate for the date of birth.
(v) A copy of the relevant education qualification certificate of the candidate
(vi) A copy of the certificate indicates the proof of work experience in duly related area as it has been brought in para 5 above.
(vii) If applicable, a copy of the certificate showing disability for PwBDs and eligibility for the scribe.
