Application Fee of Indian Coast Guard Recruitment
All applicants need to make a payment as application fee to complete the online application process of Indian Coast Guard. The category wise payable amount is mentioned below. The payment will be accepted through an online mode of payment.
- ST/ SC Candidates: Exempted from payment of fee.
- Other Candidates: Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only)
SELECTION PROCESS:-
The selection of recruits is based on an all India order of merit on
their performance in Stage-I, II, III & IV(explained in detail below) and the number of vacancies
available for the post. Clearing of Stage-I, II, III, IV and satisfactory performance in training is
compulsory for recruitment in ICG. All candidates will be compulsorily subjected to biometric, photo
identification and document verification during stage-I, II, III & IV of the selection procedure. The
details of various stages are as follows: -

- Re-assessment of Inconsistent Performers
- Initial Medicals Examination
How to Apply Indian Coast Guard Recruitment
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for this recruitment. Intended candidates are able to submit their online application by following the below-provided steps.
Applications will be accepted 'Online only' from 05 JAN 2021 (1000 hrs) TO 19 Jan
2021 (1800 hrs). Candidates are to log on to https://joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in and
follow the instructions for registering themselves with an e-mail ID/mobile number. The candidates
are to ensure the validity of e-mail and mobile number at least up to 31 December 2021.
(b) The candidate can apply for only one post i.e either Navik (DB) or Navik (GD) or
Yantrik (Mechanical) or Yantrik (Electrical) or Yantrik (Electronics) in one cycle.
The candidature of the candidate will be canceled if multiple applications are applied by the
candidate for more than one post in response to this advertisement. The online application will be
further scrutinized for eligibility and may be rejected at any stage if found ineligible in any

(c) Documents to be uploaded in the application. The candidates will be required to
upload documents in two phases. Few documents are required at the online application stage
and few are required to be uploaded if shortlisted for stage II. The candidates are to scan the
original documents (neither photocopy nor self-attested photocopy is to be scanned) as
applicable for the post applied and upload in the online application.
