Pay Scale:

1. Supervisor: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000- 60,500 + Grade Pay of Rs.7,200 per month plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.

2. LDA cum Typist: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000- 60,500 + Grade Pay of Rs.6,200 per month plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.

 

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification Of Assam Social Welfare Recruitment 2021

Age Limit: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for Ex-serviceman, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/STP/STH, and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD) as on 01st January 2021.

The relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to the crossing of their existing upper age limit of 40 years.

 

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as under:

• OBC/MOBC: 3 Years


• ST/SC: 5 Years


• Ex-Servicemen: 10 Years


• PwD: 10 years.

Educational Qualification:

Educational Qualification:

The candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government.

Essential: The candidate must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from any recognized/recognize institute.

Computer Knowledge: The candidate must possess computer skills for handling data and text on the computer. The candidate should have proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email including typing skills both in English and Assamese.

 

2. LDA cum Typist

Educational Qualification: The applicants must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Also, the candidates must possess a minimum 6 months Diploma/ Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute.

Nationality: Candidate must be citizens of India as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and permanent resident of Assam.

Application Fee: There is no application fee for this recruitment.

 

Document to be uploaded at the time of online application:-

• Admit Card of HSLC or equivalent examination for proof of age.


• Certificate, Mark-Sheet of minimum educational qualification for the post concerned.


• Certificate on computer proficiency for the posts of LDA-cum-Typist. In case of candidates having Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from any Govt. registered UGC recognized/accredited Universities/Institutions, may also upload separate Diploma certificate in the computer, if any.


• Certificate of caste from the competent authority in respect of the candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC/SC/STP/STH.


• Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority in respect of the candidates belonging to the PwD category.


• Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate, Registered in any Employment Exchange of Assam.


• EWS certificate from Competent Authority.
