Eligibility Criteria for PWRD Recruitment Assam 2021

• Candidates/ Applicants must be a permanent resident of Assam.


• The candidate should be well versed in the State official Language.


• Candidates serving in Govt. Department should submit their application through Proper Channel.

Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 (forty) years of age on 01.01.2021. The upper age limit relaxation up to 3(three) years for OBC/ MOBC and 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates as per Govt. rule.

Selection Procedure:

Eligible Candidates will be required to appear in the written examination. The written examination will be of 100(hundred) marks 90 (ninety) minutes duration (General Knowledge, Maths, Assamese &, English). NO TA! DA will be borne for attending the written test.
Selected Candidates will be shortlisted and have to appear physically with original documents for verification relating to various claims as submitted with the Application Form and for medical examination on dates specified by the selection committee.
Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature of an applicant. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final in all respect. There will be no Viva-Voce (interview)

How to Apply for PWRD Recruitment Assam 2021

Online applications will be received with effect from 12-02-2021 from 10:00 A.M.. The last date of receiving the application will be 26-02-2021 till 05:00 PM. No application will be received thereafter.

The applicant must upload the following self-attested documents along with the online application.

i. Age proof certificate
ii. Educational Qualifications.
iii. Valid Employment Registration Card issued from the Employment Exchanges within the State of Assam.
