Royal Global University Guwahati Recruitment 2021 Details

 

1. Pro Vice-Chancellor 

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of fifteen years experience as a Professor in a University system/ ten years experience in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organization.

CTC: 33 to 36 lac per annum

Age: Below 62 years of age (as of 01.01.2021)

2. Dean-Academic 

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates having an overall experience of 15 years of which minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director/Principal/Head of Institution offering technical courses. Must have the capability of dealing and coordinating with the Deans of different schools/faculties for academic administration.

CTC: 24 to 30 lac per annum

Age: Below 62 years of age (as of 01.01.2021)

3. Dean-Research & Innovations

Eligibility Criteria: Eminent scholars with Ph.D., having experience of a minimum of 12 year’s university/college and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/ industry, actively engaged in research with published work of high quality. The submission of copies of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers is essential. Guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level and experience of patents, TOT, etc. is desirable.

CTC: 20 to 24 lac per annum

Age: Below 62 years of age (as of 01.01.2021)

4. Dean 

Eligibility Criteria: Professor/s of repute in specific fields/courses with experience in Academic Administration.

CTC: 16 to 24 lac per annum

Age: Below 62 years of age (as of 01.01.2021)

5. Principal/Dean 

Eligibility Criteria: Professor/s of repute in specific fields/courses with experience in Academic Administration.

CTC: 16 to 24 lac per annum

Age: Below 62 years of age (as of 01.01.2021)

6. Professors 

Eligibility Criteria: As per norms of UGC/AICTE/other statutory bodies

CTC: 15 to 20 lac per annum

7. Senior Retd. Professors

Eligibility Criteria: Retired Associate Professors/Professors, below the age of 68, may also apply.

CTC: 8 to 10 lac per annum

8. Registrar

Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. Candidates, with at least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor/ with 8 years of service as Associate Professor along with 3 years experience in educational administration/Comparable experience in research establishment or other institutions of higher education/15 years administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent.

CTC: 18 to 24 lac per annum

Age: Below the age of 55 years (as of 01.01.2021)

9. Director/Registrar - Admin

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks along with an experience of at least 10 years in administration. Retired Army personnel (Lt. Col. and above) will be given preference.

CTC: 15 to 18 lac per annum

10. Director – Placements

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ MCA/other professional courses, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Training and Placement in a University, with proven contacts in the industry.

CTC: 15 to 18 lac per annum

11. Director – Branding & Promotions/Marketing

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Engineering/Technology/ MBA /MCA/other professional courses, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Branding/ Marketing/Admissions in a University.

CTC: 15 to 18 lac per annum

12. Dy. Director (Head) – HR

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Engineering/Technology/ MBA /MCA/other professional courses, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR in a University

CTC: 12 to 15 lac per annum

13. Dy. Director (Head) – Estate

Eligibility Criteria: Diploma/Graduate degree with at least 55% marks in Civil/Electrical Engineering/Refrigeration/Air Conditioning/HVAC/other similar professional courses, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field and estate management in the establishment of repute.

CTC: 12 to 15 lac per annum

14. Dy. Director (Head) – Security

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate degree with at least 07 years of experience in Police/Para-Military Forces/Armed Forces and held not below the rank of Sub-Inspector or an equivalent position with Exemplary service. Candidates must be having own two/four-wheeler.

CTC: 12 to 15 lac per annum

15. Dy. Director (Head) – Housekeeping

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management with at least 10 years of experience in full-service hotels/universities/hospitals, out of which 5 years must be at supervisory level. Must have advanced knowledge of finance, budgeting, and other accounting activities to effectively lead and manage the overall operation of the departmental budget and control operating expenses.

CTC: 12 to 15 lac per annum
